Maitra Pariwar has collaborated with a like-minded group, PENS Foundation, to channelize educational aid to under-privileged students in few Adivasi villages in Dahanu area. Maitra competently supports, in a small way, by providing educational and other useful material, in this large-scale venture by PENS foundation. Maitra takes a complete ownership of such schools & provide support every year. We have been doing this for past 4 years & more than

A very important initiative by Maitra!! Here Maitra wholly contributes towards educational expenses of deserving students in an Aarey Adivasi Pada. We have been driving this project since past 5 years.
To implement the slogan ‘Chalo Jalayen Deep vahan, Jahan Abhibhi Andhera Ho’, spent one day of Diwali with children who miss this joy. With the help of Asmita Sanshan, visited the forest dwellers to Pada, which remained undeveloped despite being only two kilometers away from Mumbai. A Kindergarten is run by Asmita on this vanvasi pada. Distributed some gifts, Diwali snacks, sweets, lanterns, as well as games and toys to the children there.
Maitra supports Sadhana Vidyalaya, Mumbai, a school for Hearing Disabled, by providing nutritious daily breakfast to its students.
We also helped deserving students for their School fees educational material through “Maitra Scholarship” programme.
