For the past eight years, Maitra members and their family have been meeting to celebrate Diwali with the tribal children of Pada in Aarey Colony. This year also on October 22, 2022, everyone met to double the joy of Diwali. Diwali after covid was celebrated with a bang and lots of fun. Diwali snacks and gifts were distributed to the children of Pada. Of course, Asmita Kindergarten teachers had the usual support for this. While celebrating Diwali at the tribal pada, the Maitra family has supported the children of the tribal pada for their education through Maitrankur and today after seven years, two of them who are in class 10 have completed their school education. Smart kit have also been made available for the children of this ward and these children are benefiting from this.
